Shipping policy

1.Delivery Areas & Timeframes
We deliver to Singapore and Malaysia. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding public holidays). Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:
Singapore: Delivered within 2-3 business days after dispatch.
Malaysia: Delivered within 7-10 business days after dispatch.

2.Delivery Fees
·Singapore: FREE shipping on all orders.
·Malaysia: FREE shipping on orders over $129. A flat rate of $10 applies to orders below this amount. 

3.Order Tracking & Receipt
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
We recommend inspecting the package upon delivery. Please contact us promptly with photos if there is significant damage.
